The Body Remembers: 

A Femme-Centered Breathwork & Ecstatic Movement Circle

Presented by Rebecca Frazzini- NM-REAL President 

There is something sacred about gathering in spaces where softness, expression, emotion, sensuality, and embodiment are welcomed without expectation or performance.

Join us for an evening of guided breathwork, intuitive movement, grounding, and connection through the body in a supportive femme-centered circle. 

Through guided breathing exercises, somatic awareness, music, and ecstatic movement, participants will be invited to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, intuitive, grounding, empowering, and freeing. No dance experience, yoga background, or spiritual practice is required; only a willingness to show up as you are.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket

• Water

• A journal if desired

• Anything that helps you feel grounded and comfortable

Floor seating for the circle, and chairs will be available. 

This space is intended to foster connection, embodiment, emotional safety, release, and community in a welcoming and judgment-free environment.

This experience is open to women and female-identifying individuals. The event is free, Spectrum membership is not required. It is a potluck so please bring a snack to share.

Connection Among Women

Come join us at the club and get to know each other without the guys around! There are many issues that come up in this crazy lifestyle and it would be great if we can get to know each other better and talk about any issues we may have, or things that we would like to see. This is a great

opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, give advice and just hang out with all the amazing ladies. We want to build a strong fierce community of bad ass women. Possible topics:

• Safety in the Lifetstyle
• Polyamory
• How to have your needs, wants and desires met
• Finding your voice at events
• How the ladies can support and look after each other
