KinkToberFest is an immersive, inclusive, and exhilarating five-day journey of discovery, connection, and play—produced by House of Leather Heart, hosted by NM-REAL, Inc. and our vibrant community of collaborators. Whether you’re coming to learn, to play, to connect—or all of the above—there’s something at KinkToberFest for everyone 21+ who craves excitement, education, and exploration in our community. Beyond attendance and learning, there are opportunities to volunteer, educate, vend, organize, and find your place in the fun.

Warm-up Events: (2 separate days)
Friday 2 October 2026: Warm Up Event (During Balloon Fiesta)
- 5 pm-Midnight - Check-in, Social Time
- 6:30 -8 pm - 3 Classes in 1 period, Social Time, Cigar Area
- 8:30-9:30 pm - Fantasy Entertainment & Play Party
- 9:30 pm-1 am - Play Party Continues
- 1 am - Close

Friday 16 October 2026: Free Vendor Educator Social Mixer
- 6:30 - 9 pm
- No Play Party or Classes - Just come by, browse the vendors, and have fun meeting old friends and new.
- This is a free event, no ticket required for everyone, particularly those who will not be able to attend Saturday's and Sunday's event.
Saturday 17 October 2026: Main Event
- 9-1030 am - Check-in, Social Time
- 1030 am-630 pm - 16+ Classes in 4 periods, Social Time, Cigar Area
- 1030 am- 5 pm - Open Vendor Hours (no cost to see vendors)
- 8-9 pm - 3 Fantasy Entertainment & Play Party
- 9 pm-1 am - Play Party Continues
- 1 am - Close
Sunday 18 November 2025: Main Event
- 9 am-4 pm - Check-in, Social Time, Vendors
- 1030 am-Noon - 4+ Classes in 1 periods, Social Time, Cigar Area, Vendors
- 1030 am-2 pm - Open Vendor Hours (no cost to see vendors)
- Noon-2 pm - BBQ Social (food provided), Social
- 1 pm-2 pm - Keynote
- 3-5 pm - Play Party
- 5 pm - Close
We've updated our list of educators and vendors!
- We're excited to have Gary Wasdin, Executive Director of Leather Archives & Museum (LA&M) from Chicago here to inform you about L&AM in conversation. He'll also deliver one class on our community history.
- Alan Dudley, Discipline Corps from Dallas, also a board member of LA&M and Chicago Hellfire Club member will be delivering classes.
- DaddyCrone Leenie, a national educator and local resident will be delivering two fun classes.
